At Freetown Grammar School and Fourah Bay College. 1862, Catechist at Kissey Road; afterwards at Charlotte and the Bananas. 1866, December 23, deacon and 1868, December 20, ordained a priest by Bishop of Sierra Leone. Stationed at Kissey Road. 1867, Sherbro. 1871, Trinity Church, Freetown. 1872, June 1, Charlotte. 1874, January, Trinity Church. 1874, Christ Church. 1883, Colonial and Garrison Chaplain on the Gold Coast. 1884, Acting Garrison Chaplain to Her Majesty's troops. 1893, license withdrawn by the Bishop.
