Of Hastings, Sierra Leone. A Heathen of the Egba and Ijesha Tribes. At Freetown Grammar School and Fourah Bay College. Catechist at Kissey Road and Murray Town. 1863, March 15, deacon, and 1866, December 23, ordained a priest by Bishop of Sierra Leone. Stationed at Wilberforce. 1867, transferred to the Native Pastorate of Wilberforce and Wellington.
