Täklä-'Iyäsus, Abba, was a nephew of Abba Hirutä-'Amlak and a disciple of Abba 'Iyäsus Mo'a; with his uncle he accompanied Abba Iyäsus-Mo'a in his bark when the latter conferred his blessing on Emperor Yekuno-'Amlak on the waters of Lake Hayq.
