Samu'él, (probably fl. late 12th century - early 13th century A.D.), was an ecclesiastical dignitary in the reign of Emperor Lalibäla of the Zagwé dynasty. His name is mentioned in a feudal charter of the Emperor, together with 'Ezra and Yarda'e-Mika'él, as holding the title of épisqopos in the time of Bishop, pappas, Mika'él, probably Abunä Mika'él of Fua, Metropolitan of Ethiopia c. 1205-1209 A.D.
